Full Demolition of ALL EXISTING BUILDINGS
Starting in early June, 2017 the TITAN Demolition Demons started the total wreck of 19 separate structures for the Tahoma School District, while working under the General Contractor, Forma Construction.

The scope of work included all utility disconnects & removal of abandoned utilities, the demolition of all site surfacing on the site and general grading upon completion. Associated with the site demolition was the decommissioning and removal of a 10,000-gallon Underground Storage Tank (UST). TITAN received assistance on the UST removal from Diane’s Tank Removal Service.

The project was completed by late August, 2017 with no safety incidents while using over 2.100 total field labor hours and removing 329 loads of debris, totaling over 9,000 tons of debris from the site!
